About Me

Get to Know Your Inspector.

I have always been “local”, as in live on the same property I grew up on. I have lived in McCalla for 55 years and was a student at Mcadory High School. My sons attended Mcadory High School as 4th generation students. My family has been a fixture in the community for many years. After graduating from high school, I served in the USN for 4 years. I then returned to Alabama and started remodeling and flipping rental houses. After 20 years of working with others and contracting labor, I started TT Properties LLC for flipping and remodeling homes. I formed Centsable Inspections in 2018 and became a certified and licensed home inspector. In 2019, I became a certified commercial inspector. In 2021, I received a certification as a Master Inspector. In 2022, I became a certified instructor in the state of Alabama through InterNACHI. Centsable Inspections is an InterNACHI School partner.

I constantly have a thirst for knowledge and have acquired over 50 certifications through InterNACHI and another 4 certifications from various other organizations. Feel confident and secure in knowing that I am fully equipped to inspect your property, and help you better understand it.
