I love the fact that Tim is very honest about everything, he gives tips on simple maintenance you can do yourself. I would recommend to anyone in need of an inspection, please don't skip a home inspection it's the least amount of money that you pay that will save you thousands in the long run....kudos to Mr. Thrasher

The whole process for an out-of-state investor inspection was very streamlined and professional. We booked online over the weekend and the job was done by 9am Monday morning. I was worried there would be communication/logistics issues with me being out of state, but it all went off without a hitch.
